The Household tab gives you a broader view of your household finances, including net worth, assets, liabilities, household spending patterns, bills, and credit cards. You’ll find the Household tab at the bottom of the Stowe app in the tab bar.
View household net worth
At the top of the Household tab, Stowe shows your household net worth. Net worth is calculated as assets minus liabilities.
View assets and liabilities
The main chart shows total assets, total liabilities, and total net worth.
View your Stowe Score
Swipe across the top chart to see your Stowe Score. Your Stowe Score helps show how efficiently your household money may be working. It looks at spending patterns, avoidable costs, similar household comparisons, and whether your credit cards appear to match the way you spend. Your Stowe Score is not a credit score.
View needs, wants, and savings
Swipe again to see your needs, wants, and savings summary. Stowe uses the 50/30/20 guideline as a simple way to understand whether your spending feels balanced.
View your financial overview
Scroll down to see your financial overview. This includes the assets, credit cards, and liabilities Stowe has identified from your connected accounts, plus any items you have added manually.
Review household costs
The Household tab also includes sections for common household expenses, including utilities, internet, mobile plans, insurance, and credit cards.
Review credit cards
If you have connected credit cards, Stowe will try to identify the card, understand its rewards or benefits, and compare it against your spending.
